On May 24, 2020 at approximately 9:06pm, officers were dispatched to the area of 1939 Maryland Ave on a gun run. Officers arrived at the scene and located the victim, Andrew Kelly, lying on the ground and suffering from a gunshot wound. Mr. Kelly was transported to the hospital for treatment; however he did not survive and was pronounced deceased at 11:55pm. Video obtained from this location shows that there was a fight between Mr. Kelly and some other males at this location.
