This week’s Midweek Special focuses on a Robbery which took place in Whitehall.
On Thursday, April 6, 2017, at approximately 11:27pm, an unidentified male walked into the United Diary Farmers store located at 4890 E. Broad St. in Whitehall. Walking to the counter, the male displayed a black semi-automatic handgun and robbed the store clerk at gunpoint. The suspect fled the store with an undetermined amount of cash. The suspect is described as: Male/Black, light- medium complexion, 20-30 years old , 5’11”, 125- 150 lbs., wearing a black (zipper front) hoodie and blue fleece type sweat pants, accented with white writing and symbols on the legs. The suspect attempted to hide his identity by covering his face with a white t-shirt and wore plastic grocery bags over his shoes. A green 2001-2005 Honda Civic, which is missing the left front hubcap, is believed to be involved.
