Theft in Downtown Columbus

Central Ohio Crime Stoppers is requesting the public’s assistance in identifying the person responsible for a Theft which took place in downtown Columbus.

On Monday, September 2, 2013, a woman had her purse stolen while in a downtown Columbus business. Shortly afterward, credit cards taken from the wallet were used in area businesses, including Walmart, Target and Wendy’s. One male suspect was recorded on Walmart store video walking out with merchandise purchased with a card stolen from the victim. Store surveillance photos of the suspect may be viewed below.

Crime Stoppers is offering a cash reward for any information leading to the arrest and/or indictment of the person(s) responsible for this crime.
