Randy Olverson Murder

On Wednesday, May 20, 2009, at 3:50pm, three young males entered 1906 Fleming Rd. through an unlocked door. Once inside, the trio was told to leave the home by Ryan Olverson, who lived at the residence with his brother, who was out of the room. The suspects displayed at least one handgun and demanded property. Randy Olverson entered the room and a struggle with the intruders began. The struggle continued outside of the residence and shots were fired. Both Olverson brothers were shot; Randy fatally. The suspects fled on foot.
