Victim #1 stated on October 14, 2020 at 12:25pm, he was driving east bound on E 11th Ave. at Daugherty Ave. when Suspect #1 fired multiple shots at Victim #1.
Suspect #1 was the passenger of a black suspected Nissan Altima.
Victim #1 pulled south onto Daugherty Ave., retrieved his handgun and fired approximately 6 shots back at Suspect #1’s vehicle.
At least one round fired by Suspect #1 struck the right rear window to Victim #2’s 2004 Dodge Grand Caravan and traveled through the car and blew out the rear driver side window as well.
One shot fired by Victim #1 struck the hood of Victim #1’s vehicle.
One of the rounds fired by Suspect #1 also struck the building belonging to Victim #3 causing an undetermined amount of damage.
