Today’s Midweek Special focuses on a Shooting Incident which took place in Upper Arlington.
The Upper Arlington Police Division continues to investigate a shooting incident that occurred on the evening of Saturday, January 23, 2021. At approximately 8:00pm, officers were dispatched to the 1700 block of Berkshire Road on a report of shots fired. Upon arrival, police found that gunshots had been fired into a home. No one was hurt in the incident, and no suspects were present when police arrived. The division is seeking assistance in its investigation. Police would like to speak with anyone who was walking or driving in the area of Berkshire, Cardiff Woods Park, Harford Road, or Brandon Road between the hours of 7:45pm and 8:30pm. Specifically, police are looking to speak with the driver of an SUV that was traveling northbound on Harford Road at approximately 7:45pm, who then turned westbound onto Berkshire Road at the time of the incident. This vehicle and its occupants are not considered suspects.
