On Wednesday, May 15, 2013, at approximately 4:30am, forced entry was made into the Second Chance Consignment Shop located at 1803 W. 5th Ave. Surveillance photos show a silver four-door vehicle circling the area for several minutes before two occupants exit and walk towards the business.
