Rande Neff Murder

On Tuesday, December 24, 2013, at approximately 9:30pm, Whitehall Police responded to 428 Shell Court West. 48-year old Rande Neff had been discovered in his apartment, dead from a gunshot wound. Whitehall Police currently have neither a suspect nor a clear motive for the killing of Mr. Neff. A photo of Rande Neff may be viewed below.
