On August 20, 2011, the body of Kevin Connal was found behind an apartment building in the area of 2032 Stonebridge Lane in the Bexley Woods apartment complex. Mr. Connal had been severely beaten. Kevin Connal was from the Ft. Lauderdale, Florida area and had arrived in Columbus the evening before his murder. Mr. Connal was involved in the entertainment/music promotion business and is believed to have been in Columbus to arrange a Rap concert at a local venue.
