Central Ohio Crime Stoppers is requesting the public’s assistance in identifying the suspect involved in a Burglary that took place in the German Village area of Columbus.
On Wednesday, July 10, 2019, at 5:50am, an unknown suspect went onto the porch of a home located on Mohawk St. and removed a chair which he used to gain access to a window he had smashed out with a rock. The suspect then reached through the window into the home and removed a purse belonging to the resident. The suspect took credit cards from the purse and attempted to use the credit cards at three different gas stations and one of the attempts was successful. Crime Stoppers is offering a cash reward for any information leading to the arrest and/or indictment of the person(s) responsible for this crime.
