On Tuesday, September 24, 2013, an unknown female entered the PNC bank located at 1040 Mt. Vernon Avenue and assumed the identity of a PNC account holder. The suspect presented identification and withdrew a sizeable amount from the victim’s account. Surveillance photos of the suspect may be viewed on our website, www.stopcrime.org.
