Today’s Midweek Special focuses on an Aggravated Robbery which took place in Whitehall.
On Wednesday, March 31, 2021, at 5:00pm, two unidentified males entered the Speedway gas station located at 1055 S. Hamilton Road in Whitehall. The suspects loitered in the business for approximately 40 minutes before the robbery. One of the suspects, wearing a white and black hoodie, brandished a handgun and demanded money from the case drawer. After getting some of the money, the other suspect, wearing all black, grabbed more money out of the drawer. The suspects then fled the business. Suspect #1 is described as: Male/Black, 20s, wearing a black and white hoodie, black jeans, white tennis shoes, sunglasses, and blue latex gloves. Suspect #2: Male/Black, 20s, wearing a black toboggan, black jacket, black jeans, and red tennis shoes. Witnesses said both suspects had twists in their hair. The suspects fled the area in an older tan/beige Buick LeSabre with a black hood. Surveillance photos of the suspects and vehicle may be viewed on our website, www.stopcrime.org.
