Aggravated Robbery in Reynoldsburg

This week’s “Crime of the Week” concerns an Aggravated Robbery in Reynoldsburg.

On Sunday, March 25, 2012, at approximately 8:41pm, a man walked into the Walgreens store located at E. Main Street and Brice Road. The man walked around the store for awhile, talking or acting like he was on his cell phone. He approached employees a couple of times asking where products were located. At approximately 9:02pm, the suspect approached another clerk, pulled out a handgun, told her he was going to rob her and ordered her to the store office. The suspect threw a bag at the clerk and told her to put everything in the bag. The clerk complied, and placed the money in the bag. The suspect then picked up the bag, ran out of the office, out the front door and headed north.

The suspect is described as: Male/Black, late 30s to early 40s, around 6′ tall, heavy build, wearing blue jeans, dark colored t-shirt, black coat or sweatshirt, yellow baseball cap, black shoes, and sunglasses.
