On Christmas Eve, Sunday, December 24, 2012, at approximately 4:30pm, someone forced open the rear door of 1014 South Roys Avenue. Once inside, the thief removed gifts, gift cards, cash and personal property. A home security camera recorded a late model black Honda Civic in the driveway. A male suspect was recorded carrying property from the house and loading it into the trunk of the Honda. After backing out of the driveway, the suspect stopped, exited the car, walked back to the driveway and picked up a stolen item he had dropped. Crime Stoppers has posted a reward of up to $2,000.00 for any information received by January 30, 2013, leading to the arrest and/or indictment of the persons responsible for this crime.
