Incident Description
Gary Pullins is being sought for the illegal transport of scrap tires. Ohio law requires tire haulers be registered through the Ohio EPA. Pullins, having been arrested before for the same offense, began hauling tires in the late night hours.
The Franklin County Sheriff’s Environmental Crime Investigations Unit seeks to prevent the transport and subsequent dumping of scrap tires in residential and rural areas.
