On March 23, 2010, Antwan Gripper forced entry into an apartment on Stoneway Drive, held the female resident at gunpoint, and waited for Byron Baugh to arrive. When Byron Baugh entered the apartment, Gripper shot him and fled the scene. Mr. Baugh later died from his injuries. He is described as Male/Black, 21, 6’0”, 175lbs., Black Hair, Brown Eyes. Gripper has also been charged with Murder for shooting Willie Williams on March 8, 2010. Additionally, since 2004, Gripper has been charged with the following: 6 Assaults, 1 Robbery, 1 Aggravated Menacing, 1 Resisting Arrest, and 1 Carrying a Concealed Weapon.
