Kenneth Ruffner II entered a S. High St. funeral home, sneaked into a rear office that is not open to the public, then went into a desk and located the company checks. Ruffner then forged one of the checks and presented it at a local Kroger store. He is described as Male/White, 46, 5’8”, 180lbs., Brn/Gray Hair, Hazel Eyes.
